Nick Foles will start for Rams against Cardinals
With Case Keenum still recovering from a concussion, Nick Foles will be the starter for the Rams against the Cardinals on Sunday.
Nick Foles will be getting another start for the St. Louis Rams. After Foles was benched a few weeks back for Case Keenum, he was made the starter again, when Keenum suffered a serious concussion on the road against the Baltimore Ravens.
Foles was the starter for the Rams last week, when the team was beat down on the road by the Cincinnati Bengals. This week, the Rams welcome to town a red hot Arizona Cardinals team that is looking for revenge after the Rams upset them in their house earlier on in the season.
With Keenum’s status still in question for the game on Sunday, Nick Foles will be getting another start on Sunday.
There’s a chance Keenum could be active, but if he is, he will be the No. 2 starter behind Foles on Sunday. With the season having turned south in a hurry for the Rams, they have a giant fight in front of them against a Cardinals team that has had head coach Bruce Arians in their ear all week, reminding them about his and team’s disdain for St. Louis.
While Foles was the starter for that win on the road against Arizona in October, both of these teams are vastly different from the first time they met. The Cardinals are looking to prove a point, while the Rams are looking to keep their jobs going forward.
That means it’s up to Nick Foles to keep the Rams in the game against Arizona.
