Lance Thomas gets up for put back dunk (Video)

Lance Thomas cleaned up his teammate’s mess with a nice put back dunk.
As long as Lance Thomas is near the rim, it won’t matter if the New York Knicks miss their jumpers. Against the Brooklyn Nets on Friday, Thomas cleaned up his teammate’s missed shot and put it into the net on a nice dunk.
The Knicks were pulling away from the Nets in the second quarter. Thomas started to put on a show by showing his opponent what happens when his teammate’s miss shots. He cleans up the mess and slams it home for two easy points of his own.
As long as Thomas is near the rim, the Knicks should have no trouble winning games. Not only can he pull down the offensive rebounds, but he easily and quickly turns the rebounds into points. Winning the rebound game is key to basketball, but when you get quick points off those offensive rebounds it’s even better.
Next thing we know, Thomas will take his game to the next level and start dunking in more impressive ways. Even if he doesn’t, the Knicks are in good shape on Friday against the Nets on ESPN. Unless something bizarre happens, the Knicks should pull away with an easy win.
