Raptors GM Masai Ujiri said that the key to beating the Golden State Warriors is by praying to God.

The Golden State Warriors are doing so many ridiculous things on the court this season that people have resorted to asking for help from a higher power. With the high-powered offense of the Warriors and dominant defense to boot, the Warriors have become the most unstoppable force in the National Basketball Association en route to a 20-0 start.

With the Warriors in Toronto to take on a Raptors team that took them to the wire back in the bay, Raptors GM Masai Ujiri was on with Jim Rome and was asked just what it takes to beat the Golden State Warriors.

His answer was very simple.

At this point, whether one believes in a deity or not, that’s not a bad option when it comes to beating the Golden State Warriors. They clearly are near impossible to beat. Just when a team thinks they have them beat, they shoot a ridiculous three from near half court to put a team away.

There just appears to be no end in sight to stopping whatever they are working toward. Even the Raptors, who gave them a fight until the very bitter end, just aren’t quite sure what they have to do to take down the Golden State Warriors.

If the Warriors continue to roll through everyone the way they are, then every opposing fan might just be in church on days when they come to town.

There doesn’t seem to be any other option at this point, unless the Warriors go cold on a shooting night. Even then, they’d still score 125+ points probably.
