The mom of Robin and Brook Lopez is representing both son’s teams when they face off tonight.

When Robin and Brook Lopez were drafted into the NBA, the twin brothers were separated on opposite coasts for most of their career. When Robin signed with the

New York Knicks

in the off-season, he was suddenly a lot closer to his brother Brook, who has played for the

Brooklyn Nets

(then New Jersey) since entering the league.

One thing that has been constant through the twins’ careers has always been the support of their mother. Whenever the two sons faced off, she would always be there wearing gear and representing both of the teams that her son’s played for.

With the Knicks playing host to the Nets at Madison Square Garden on Friday night, the Lopez’s mom was once again at the game to support her two boys. She was also wearing the gear of both teams, as she was armed with a Nets stocking cap and Robin’s Knicks jersey.

There’s nothing better than having mom at the game cheering a player on, and it’s safe to assume that both of these players are going to look to put up their best performance with mom in attendance to cheer them on.

Just don’t ask her to pick a favorite.
