The 2015 college football season was full of insanely incredible plays.

It is hard to believe that the 2015 college football regular season is drawing to a close. As pundits attempt to predict the final playoff standings and discuss the importance of the final regular season games, fans can take a look back at some of the most amazing plays of the 2015 regular season. Some plays had an impact on the outcome of the game, while other plays had standalone amazingness.

Some memorable moments happened on the sidelines or at halftime. Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly had an angry leprechaun moment and blew up on an assistant coach. While he claimed he had to “control the sideline,” it ended up that someone had to control the person who was controlling the sideline, as another assistant pulled Kelly away from his target.

Halftime shows in the 2015 season were also noteworthy. Kansas State drew criticism for a very phallic display of the Starship Enterprise and the university  mascot. The band director attempted to do damage control by claiming the NSFW faux pas was a result of his inability to teach the routine competently.

Some drama unfolded off-field as well. Steve Sarkisian was fired as the head coach of USC amid rumors he had a substance abuse problem, while the University of Maryland coach Randy Edsall was fired as head coach, but not before he lost his cool at a post-game presser.

Enough with the sideline, half-time, and off-field moments of significance, let’s take a look at the top seven* plays of the regular college season. (*These are not the only seven top plays. There could be many other combinations and compilations.)
