Dirk Nowitzki trolls Pau Gasol on Twitter
Pau Gasol was trying to celebrate his 1000th career game on Twitter, but Dirk Nowitzki just had to start trolling
Chicago Bulls veteran big man Pau Gasol was gearing up for his 1000th career regular season game on Saturday night and wanted to get his fans involved in the fun. To do so, Gasol was asking his Twitter followers to send him videos of plays he made in regular season games that his fans loved:

That’s all in good spirit about recognizing Pau for his accomplishments and just reminiscing over the good time. At least that’s what it was about until Dallas Mavericks veteran Dirk Nowitzki came in with the ultimate troll.
Dirk followed Gasol’s rules by picking a play from one of his 1000 regular season games. That play just happened to be Pau getting annihilated by a Nikloa Vucevic dunk:

On principle, Pau should give Dirk the prize for the best video, right? That’s just too perfect of a troll to not reward it in some way.
The good news is that Pau took it all in stride, admitting that he’s been dunked on a time or two over his career and laughing it off:
