By Jack Crosby
We know who will be playing on New Year’s Eve now, but what time do the College Football Playoff games actually start?
On Sunday, we learned the four teams who will be competing for the 2015 national championship. This season, Clemson will be taking on Oklahoma and Alabama will be battling Michigan State in the Orange and Cotton Bowls respectively as part of the College Football Playoff.
Now, after the events of Saturday, this was something that we more or less knew. After the way things played out, this season it was pretty easy to figure out who the top four teams in the country would be. However, even with the teams and pairings being known there was still one thing that was a mystery — what time will these games actually start up?
Well, now we know.
Just a short time ago, the kickoff times for the bowls were announced. Oklahoma and Clemson will be taking the national stage first, while Michigan State and Alabama will be on display as we head into the new year.
Really, once we saw the match ups, we knew that this would more than likely be the case. While there is no doubt that Clemson and Oklahoma will be an intriguing match up, you have to believe that more eyes will be on the Michigan State-Alabama contest to end the evening.
The four best teams in college football will be battling it out, and these are the times in which you can watch them do that.
