Marcus Peters vomits on sideline (Video)
The Kansas City Chiefs are vomiting.
Kansas City Chiefs rookie cornerback Marcus Peters is having a tremendous season. Peters has famously intercepted Peyton Manning twice this season among his five picks, one of which came on Sunday afternoon against the Oakland Raiders at O.co Coliseum.
However, Peters is being beaten badly against first-round pick Amari Cooper. Cooper has consistently been getting open through the first three and a half quarters, catching three passes for 51 yards while dropping a few others. Part of the issue might be Peters either being exhausted or under the proverbial weather, as evidenced by this:
Maybe he was just thinking about the game he was playing in. Kansas City has been miserable against Oakland, despite winning by six points. The offense has turned the ball over twice in Oakland territory, and the special teams has botched a pair of extra points. It has been nothing short of rancid at best, and horrifying at worst.
Kansas City is 6-5 and trying to make the playoffs for the second time in three years. Oakland is 5-6 and likely in need of running the table, hoping to make the playoffs for the first time since 2002 when it reached Super Bowl XXXVII.
