Left Wings

There are some solid left wing options available today. The best one available is Brad Marchand of the Boston Bruins. He’s often seen as being nothing more than a pest, but people forget that he’s a very productive player. Marchand averages 4.5 fantasy hockey points per game (tops among left wings playing) and costs $8,100. He has amazing chemistry with Bergeron and they are extremely productive together.

Daniel Sedin of the Vancouver Canucks is worth considering as well. He averages 4.5 fantasy hockey points per game and costs $8,400. Sedin has incredible chemistry with his brother Henrik. They’re facing a backup goalie. That’s a killer matchup that significantly favors the Sedin twins. Zach Parise of the Wild costs $8,800 and averages 3.3 fantasy points per game.

Evander Kane of the Buffalo Sabres and Gabriel Landeskog of the Colorado Avalanche are two cheaper options that could still give you excellent production. Kane averages 3.1 fantasy hockey points per game and costs $6,600. Pair him with O’Reilly. Landeskog averages 3.3 fantasy hockey points per game and $6,800. Pair him with MacKinnon. Thomas Vanek of the Wild averages three fantasy hockey points per game and costs $6,000. Pair him with Koivu. Filip Forsberg of the Predators averages three fantasy points per game and costs $7,700.

DAILY PICKS: Just another reminder to go with teammates of the centers if you can. Me? I went with Daniel Sedin and Landeskog. Landeskog is good enough to play away from MacKinnon. You’ll see why going with the Sedins is a good idea in the next slide!
