4. Jon Gruden

Every single year, there is speculation about whether or not Jon Gruden leaving the broadcast booth. At ESPN, Gruden has a sweet deal that pays him a lot of money.

Having already won a Super Bowl and being content with having an awesome job calling Monday Night Football, it would take an absolutely massive offer to even to get Gruden to consider leaving.

Not only would the money have to be great to grab a guy like Gruden, the situation would have to be a good one as well. If the Colts move on from Chuck Pagano, then the Indianapolis Colts provide one of those rare situations, where they could be a very appealing option to Gruden.

He has his quarterback in place, talented receivers and would almost certainly have a major say in roster decisions. Everyone has been wanting to see him return to the league for some time, but seeing him in Indianapolis, would not only be great for the league, but also for the Colts as they would become instant contenders in the AFC.

For whatever struggles that Luck is having at quarterback, Gruden would iron those out real quick and would make sure that he’s put in a good position to make his reads and progressions on every single play.

If the Colts can’t even pry him away, then probably no one can.
