Stephen Curry hits Andrew Bogut with no-look lob (Video)
Stephen Curry doesn’t even need to shoot to destroy opponents
Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors are the hottest show on television every night that they play. Not only were they 22-0 coming into their matchup with the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday night, but they also play one of the most exciting styles of basketball that’s ever been seen in the NBA. Curry didn’t make any changes to that style in Indiana.
With the Pacers still hanging tough midway through the first quarter, Curry curled around and caught a pass at the right elbow and faked like he was going to put up his now patented finger roll. Instead, he threw an absolutely gorgeous lob to Andrew Bogut that the big Aussie finished with ease:
That’s what make Curry so incredible at this point in time; not only is he putting on an unprecedented shooting and scoring display, but he’s also devastating opponents with his passing just because he can.
You’ll notice that the Warriors went up by four points in the first quarter after that bucket from Bogut. They had come back from trailing 21-15 with a 10-0 run at that point. They continued on that run and finished the quarter on a 29-7 run, ending the first up 44-28.
It’s almost like this team just isn’t ever planning on losing again.
