Check out our DraftKings daily picks for tonight’s NHL games.

As you research and build your daily hockey lineups on DraftKings for tonight’s slate of games be sure to check out the following slides to see our targets for each position. The slides are broken down by wingers, defenseman and goalies and feature both high salary picks as well as value picks.

It’s a light slate of games tonight with just eight total teams in action. Despite the low number you will still find plenty of contests to compete in on DraftKings. The amount of players you are limited to choose from tonight will put an extra importance on finding the right guys to build the optimal lineup.

Tonight’s first game is a good one featuring an Original Six battle between the Boston Bruins and the Montreal Canadiens. Montreal comes in as the top team in the East but the Canadiens have lost their last two games and are starting to really miss top netminder Carey Price, who’s sidelined with an injury.

The final three games of the evening are all on the West coast and won’t start till later in the night.

San Jose, though playing for a second-straight night, gets a great matchup with the Edmonton Oilers. The Sharks are loaded with offensive talent and are a popular hotbed of fantasy talent.

Two other teams that provide great fantasy options are the Pittsburgh Penguins and the New York Rangers. Pittsburgh goes on the road to Colorado tonight while the Rangers tussle with Vancouver. Look for New York to play extra hard tonight as a win, coupled with a Montreal loss, would tie them atop the Eastern Conference standings.

When referencing average points and salaries, all numbers come from DraftKings. All scoring references refer to the DraftKings scoring rules.
