Rashad Greene came up with a big play of his own for the Jaguars by scoring on a punt return.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Rashad Greene has not been particularly involved in the offense throughout his rookie season, but he has gained an important role in the return game. Greene made a game-changing play for the Jaguars by returning a punt 73 yards for a touchdown. This gave the Jaguars a 23-13 lead over the Indianapolis Colts. Here is a video of Greene giving the Jaguars a bigger lead over their AFC South rivals.

Jaguars wide receiver Allen Hurns opened up the offense at the beginning of the third quarter with an 80-yard touchdown catch. Greene has been unable to produce in the Jaguars offense right away since he is buried behind Hurns and Allen Robinson on the wide receiver depth chart. Tight end Julius Thomas has also received more targets on a regular basis.

If the Jaguars can hold on for the win against the Colts, they will pull within a game of the AFC South lead. The Houston Texans will have to face the New England Patriots on Sunday Night Football, so there is a great chance that the Jaguars will be a game behind the Colts and Texans at the end of the day. It remains to be seen whether they can make a serious run at an AFC South title. The Jaguars continue to show that they have a bright future with young stars on offense.
