Who are the starts and sits week 14?

AFC EAST

Matchups:

Buffalo Bills at Philadelphia Eagles (Sun. 1pm ET)

Tennessee Titans at New York Jets (Sun. 1pm ET)

New England Patriots at Houston Texans (Sun. 830pm ET)

New York Giants at Miami Dolphins (Mon. 830pm ET)

QB’s

Start – Tyrod Taylor (BUF), Ryan Fitzpatrick (NYJ), Tom Brady (NE), Ryan Tannehill (MIA)

Sit – 0

All of the quarterbacks in the division have solid matchups this week and should produce good numbers for fantasy owners. Taylor and “FitzMagic” have been statistically dominant the past couple weeks and should continue into this week as well.

RB’s

Start – LeSean McCoy (BUF), Lamar Miller (MIA), Chris Ivory (NYJ), James White (NE)

Sit – Karlos Williams (BUF), LeGarrette Blount (NE), Jay Ajayi (MIA)

McCoy returns to his hometown and former team, he should have plenty of work and touches to gash this defense up. Look for him to have a 7th straight 100 yard game. Lamar Miller has been great down the stretch and will look to build off his game this week against a week front seven of the Giants. Chris Ivory is a beast, and should be started every week because he can tear up any defense on any given week. Then, James White is slowly finding a spot in replacing Dion Lewis, he should see more touches in this one as NE will look to put up big numbers.

With McCoy on a roll, Williams has taken a back seat and I don’t see him doing much else for the remainder of the season unless McCoy gets hurt. Blount is looking slow as always and is not being worked in enough to be considered for a fantasy owner. Ajayi is in the same boat as Williams but at least there’s hope for next year with him.

WR’s

Start – Sammy Watkins (BUF), Brandon Marshall (NYJ), Eric Decker (NYJ), Danny Amendola (NE), DeVante Parker (MIA)

Sit – Brandon LaFell (NE), Robert Woods (BUF), Kenny Stills (MIA)

Bring me on some Sammy Watkins! This guy is so talented and Buffalo seems to be getting him the ball more and more each week. Marshall and Decker are most consistent duo in the league and should continue putting up great numbers with Fitzpatrick throwing them the ball. With Amendola, he’s the only one worth starting for WR in NE, he catches almost everything thrown his way.

LaFell had all the hype of being the #1 WR but has more drops than anyone can count. Woods is not doing much all year due to Taylor trying to spread the ball around. Kenny Stills is only good for a long ball but we really never know when that will come.

TE’s

Start – Scott Chandler (NE)

Sit – Charles Clay (BUF), Jordan Cameron (MIA), ALL NYJ TE’s

The only TE worth a starting spot in this division, with Gronk out Chandler will see his shares of targets and well…it’s Tom Brady throwing him the ball.

All others have been very inconsistent throughout the year and they will most likely stay that way.

K’s

Start – Stephen Gostkowski (NE), Randy Bullock (NYJ)

Sit – Dan Carpenter (BUF), Andrew Franks (MIA)

Putting points on the board hasn’t been an issue for either NE or NYJ, look for the K’s to continue going strong.

Who knows which offenses of Buffalo or Miami will show up for these two teams? Even with putting up points, Carpenter keeps missing!

DST’s

Start – NYJ DST

Sit – BUF DST, NE DST, MIA DST

Jets’ defense is stout and can shut down opponents any given week. Just look for better options outside of the Jets’ as none of these defenses have been playing very well.
