It hasn’t been a good year for the Indianapolis Colts, but Chuck Pagano should not be fired by the organization no matter how the season ends.

It’s been a rough year for Chuck Pagano and the Indianapolis Colts. They have taken a step back than past seasons under Pagano. Currently, the Colts still have live when it comes to the postseason, but it will take a Christmas miracle for them to remain in a playoff spot once the regular season concludes.

With three games left to play, Pagano and company currently sit in first place in the AFC South with a 6-7 record. They currently are tied with the Houston Texans who have had their own fair share of struggles as well. The Colts’ Week 14 blowout loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars has many thinking Pagano being fired is a sure thing. The blowout loss is shocking on one hand, but they are still in the playoff picture nonetheless.

Pagano’s seat is heating up a notch or two after the result and it’s unlikely the Colts head coach will be sacked before their Week 15 matchup against the Texans even if he were to be fired this season. However, find out why Pagano should be given another season in Indy to lead the Colts to Super Bowl 51 next season.
