Lamar Miller has been the star of Monday Night Football so far.

Miami Dolphins running back Lamar Miller has already exploded in the first half of Monday Night Football, as he has scored two touchdowns. Miller scored the first touchdown of the game on an eight-yard run, but the New York Giants responded with a touchdown of their own to give themselves a temporary lead.

Miller gave the Dolphins back the lead again by outdoing himself with an incredible 38-yard touchdown run. Here is a video of Miller breaking free for a highlight-worthy score.

Miller has seven carries for 69 yards and two touchdowns as of the Dolphins’ last scoring drive, and this game appears to be a shootout in the making. Miller embarrassed the Giants defense by breaking multiple tackles on the play, and he finished them off by breaking free off a defender that grabbed his foot.

The Dolphins running back now has seven rushing touchdowns on the season, and the offense continues to show more potential.

Quarterback Ryan Tannehill has been quiet throughout the first half, and the defense has been shaky to start the game. They are playing at home though, and they are looking to keep their extremely slim playoff hopes alive with a win over the Giants. The Giants are also looking to stay in contention even with a 5-7 record, as the NFC East does not have a single winning team this year. The Dolphins also hold a 5-7 record, and they still have a long uphill climb in a competitive AFC East.
