NBA FanDuel Picks For December 14

We here at Fantasy CPR will work very hard and do everything that we can to bring you articles to prepare you and help you be successful with your bids and games at FanDuel and DraftKings just as we have with MLB and NBA. I always recommend that you do plenty of homework on your own as well as reading our articles. You will also want to make sure that you have access to your FanDuel lineup prior to kickoff in case a player is a last-minute inactive players.

Here are my NBA FanDuel picks for December 14:

Next: Point Guards

Dec 9, 2015; Phoenix, AZ, USA; Orlando Magic guard Elfrid Payton (4) dribbles the basketball up the court during the second half of the game against the Phoenix Suns at Talking Stick Resort Arena. The Suns won 107-104. Mandatory Credit: Jennifer Stewart-USA TODAY Sports

Point Guards:

PG – Jrue Holiday – Holiday is coming off of a one game absence for rest. He has been playing well when he plays lately and his minutes are slowly increasing. When he plays he is putting up very nice stats and should continue to do so making him a nice bargain for daily leagues.

PG – Elfrid Payton – Payton had a rough game in his last contest, but prior to that he was enjoying a nice five game stretch where he was averaging about 30 fantasy points a game. I like his prospects to bounce back today and be a solid play at this price tag.

Next: Shooting Guards

Dec 2, 2015; Auburn Hills, MI, USA; Phoenix Suns guard Eric Bledsoe (2) drives to the basket against Detroit Pistons guard Steve Blake (22) during the third quarter at The Palace of Auburn Hills. Detroit won 127-122 in overtime. Mandatory Credit: Tim Fuller-USA TODAY Sports

Shooting Guards:

SG – Eric Bledsoe – Mini-Lebron has been on quite the roll lately. Bledsoe has not had a game where he scored less than 33 fantasy points dating back into November. He is on a tear and is a recommended play across all formats right now. I also like his match-up tonight.

SG – Will Barton – Barton has really established himself in the rotation for the Nuggets lately. As of late he is seeing over 30 minutes or more and should be a mainstay for the Nuggets and fantasy owners alike.

Next: Small Forwards

Dec 7, 2015; Miami, FL, USA; Washington Wizards forward Otto Porter Jr. (22) dribbles the ball during the first half against the Miami Heat at American Airlines Arena. Mandatory Credit: Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

Small Forwards:

SF – Robert Covington – Covington has been a little bit streaky in his past few games. But he seems to be getting a little be more consistent in the last couple of games. His minutes are up and he has plenty of opportunity to be the player that we need him to be for our fantasy rosters. Give him a go tonight and expect a good night.

SF – Otto Porter – Porter is seeing plenty of extra minutes and opportunities with Bradley Beal on the shelf for a few games. He has scored over 30 points in three of his last five games and is averaging around 30 fantasy points in those five games. He makes for a nice value play at this price with Beal out of action.

Next: Power Forwards and Center

Dec 11, 2015; Philadelphia, PA, USA; Philadelphia 76ers center Jahlil Okafor (8) scores past Detroit Pistons guard Reggie Jackson (1) and center Andre Drummond (0) during the second half at Wells Fargo Center. The Pistons won107-95. Mandatory Credit: Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

Power Forwards:

PF – Blake Griffin – Griffin always makes for a nice play in fantasy basketball whether it is daily or regular leagues. He brings a huge amount of upside and should be an incredible play. Get him active across all formats.

PF – Ersan Ilyasova – Ilyasova is in a pretty healthy and productive stretch right now. He is worth a look across multiple formats, but he particularly makes for a nice value play in daily leagues right now. Give him a look and get him active.

Center:

C – Jahlil Okafor – Okafor is coming into tonight riding three very strong fantasy performances. His last three games he has had outputs of 38, 29.2, and 43.2 fantasy points. His minutes are where we need them to use in fantasy leagues and his upside is off of the charts. Let’s ride him while he is hot.
