NFL Mock Draft Week 15: Raiders build dynasty through defense

Vernon Hargreaves III. 6. player. 52. <p>The Jaguars are in need of help in the defensive backfield and, after some late-season success have traded up with the Dallas Cowboys to procure an elite talent from within the state of Florida. The Jaguars turn to standout corner Vernon Hargreaves III, residing 90 minutes away in Gainesville, to bolster the secondary.</p> <p>Hargreaves and the afore-selected Jalen Ramsey are the two stars at the cornerback position, but some believe Hargreaves is just as good, if not better, than Ramsey. Labeled by many as Harg-Revis (referring to Darrelle Revis comparisons), the cornerback from Florida is shutting down receivers like few have ever done before. He brings elite quickness and play recognition to the table, as well as no-doubt tackling ability. He will be a much needed upgrade for Jacksonville and a threat to quarterbacks for years to come.</p> <p>There are slight injury concerns, as Hargreaves always seems to have a nagging issue of some sort. However, he has the ability to cut the field in half, and make life difficult for all the turnover-prone quarterbacks in the AFC South.</p>
