Iman Shumpert delivers his baby right in his home’s bathroom

Of the many talents that Iman Shumpert has, you can apparently now add doctor to that list. 

Well, now, this Iman Shumpert story is definitely one of the more interesting ones that you’re going to hear for a while.

The Cleveland Cavaliers star, who recently returned to the court, pulled off something that would probably terrify any other normal man. It was about 6 a.m. in his home when his wife went into labor right then and there. It was here that the member of the Cavaliers sprung into action and created a memory he and his family will never forget.

Shumpert proceeded to deliver his newborn right then and there in the bathroom of the home.

“It took two ten count pushes with my fiancé playing Dr and she entered this world into his bare hands!” Teyana Taylor told TMZ sports.

Furthermore, as if this story isn’t crazy enough to begin with, Taylor admitted that Shumpert used a pair of headphones to tie the umbilical cord. Again, a situation like this would send a normal man to tears because of the pressure, but here was Shumpert. out here going all MacGyver, tying an umbilical cord with headphones.

He did have some assistance from an emergency operator on the phone, but that doesn’t make what happened here any less incredible. Plus, he has a pretty awesome story to tell his new daughter as she grows up.
