Looking at the top 2016 NFL free agency targets.

After the Super Bowl is set and done, there will be plenty of talk. You will start to hear the whispers of which teams are looking at what draft prospects, and then that will dominate the airwaves.

Only a few weeks after the Super Bowl, the NFL Scouting Combine will take place and people will start drooling over the hot-shot prospects and some lousy quarterback that will rise up the ranks because he has a huge arm.

However, the beginning of March is waiting. With the start of the third month, NFL free agency will begin and the feeding frenzy will be as intense as ever. Teams will start throwing huge lump sums around, knowing that the salary cap is about to rise to $150 million.
