He is a monster of a man at 6'6" and 309 pounds. Hawkins also adds the versatility to play at either right or left tackle. With Oklahoma State product Russell Okung on the left side, Hawkins could slot in on the right side.The interior of the offensive line might be the more pressing issue, and perhaps Hawkins or current right tackle Garry Gilliam could be pushed into the guard position.The Seahawks just paid Russell Wilson to be their franchise man, and they need to keep him healthy and can't afford to let him be battered and have injuries keep him on the sideline. /

45. player. 48. Things have progressed well for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2015 after their ugly 2-14 campaign last season. Improvements have shown up on defense as the unit ranks eighth against the run. Defensive tackle Gerald McCoy and a standout linebacking corps deserve credit for that. However, there is plenty of room for growth. The Bucs still have problems stopping opponents through the air. A big reason why starts up front. They have nobody on the line next to McCoy who can provide that rush off the edge. Howard Jones and Jacquies Smith are their best options at the moment (10.5 sacks combined) but neither has shown they can be a regular double digit producer like Julius Peppers was for this scheme in Chicago. Grabbing Carl Nassib out of Penn State could change that. The defensive end has ideal length at 6’6″ with a stout 270-lbs frame to hold against the run. He’s quick off the ball and makes sure to keep his pad level low in order to gain leverage on his rushes. What really stands out about him is his power and motor. He has the strength and relentless leg drive to push blockers back into the quarterback. It wouldn’t take long for him to get on the field in Tampa.. DE. Penn State. Carl Nassib
