After the Indiana Pacers beat the Brooklyn Nets on Friday, Pacers superstar Paul George blasted the refs in an interview.

The Indiana Pacers came away with a hard fought win in the fourth quarter against the Brooklyn Nets on Friday, behind 23 points from Paul George. While it was a good win for the Pacers at home, as they try to work toward a top seed in the Eastern Conference, George was not happy with the game was officiated.

In fact, George was so unhappy with the way that the game was called by officials, that he put the refs on blast during his post-game interview on the court. He also included some foul language to describe the refs performance. (Warning: NSFW Language)

For as long as officiating has been around, no one has ever been exactly happy with the calls on the floor. However, the officiating in Friday night’s game between the two teams certainly wasn’t the best it could be.

As a whole, it seems as if the NBA has developed an officiating issue, and George has certainly taken notice of it. While he’s visibly frustrated with the way the game was called, calling out officials on air in front of a live audience, probably wasn’t his best idea.

There’s a solid chance he will be sending a check for that one.
