Ryan Fitzpatrick might not be the best quarterback in the NFL but you can’t say he’s not tough.

There are a lot of things that you can say about New York Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick on the field, and a good majority of them might not be all that positive. But when it comes to questioning his toughness, well, that’s just simply something that you cannot do.

We learned this to be a fact on Saturday night.

As the New York Jets try to move to 9-5 on the season against the Dallas Cowboys, we got an up close look at just how much of a bad ass the Harvard graduate really is. Once again out there he took a beating on the field, to the point where his face looked like he was in a fight with Conor McGregor.

Again, he might not light the world on fire as one of the top quarterbacks in the league, but you might not find a tougher quarterback out there than Fitzpatrick and this picture is a good reason why you can say something like that.

Also, the pain was worth it, because the Jets did end up getting the win.
