Although the Green Bay Packers are one of the NFL’s top teams, they still have many needs on both sides of the ball.

Heading into Week 16, the Green Bay Packers are still ahead in the NFC North and, to no one’s surprise, they looked poised for another deep playoff run. When Aaron Rodgers is your starting quarterback, you can seemingly do no wrong.

Although Rodgers isn’t having his best season in Green Bay, the veteran quarterback has found a way to get the job done, ensuring the Packers didn’t crumble after a 6-0 start followed by three consecutive losses. Heck, the entire league thought Green Bay was going to fold up after that losing streak and he would not let it happen.

It hasn’t been all roses for the Packers, though. Losing Jordy Nelson before the season began as well as a disappointing year for Randall Cobb has left Rodgers and the Packers searching for more help at receiver.

Even the Eddie Lacy era is not looking so hot right now. He was once a top-five or 10 back in the league and he’s become irrelevant this year; he has a good game every now and then but disappears for three or four at a time.

The Packers do have many needs and the 2016 NFL Draft can fix that, to a point. From defensive line to linebacker to tight end, this team will look to fill those needs as they currently have one pick in each of the seven rounds.

Let’s take a look at the 2016 mock and let us know in the comment section below if you disagree.
