Bills player calls out coaches

The Buffalo Bills are a terrible, dysfunctional football team.

Buffalo is 6-8 and eliminated from playoff contention. The Bills are going to miss the playoffs for the 16th consecutive year, something that is the longest streak in the NFL today.

In the final weeks, there have been plenty of rumblings about whether or not Rex Ryan will survive the mess, despite this being the first year of his tenure in western New York. This week, linebacker Preston Brown took aim at the coaching staff, talking about the lack of communication during games, per ESPN.

"“I don’t know who that guy is [in the coaches’ box], but we talk about it in the meetings,” Brown said. “It’s been an issue with the personnel coming in and out. I mean, you can see it on games: People are running in and out; we’re changing plays here and there. So it’s definitely been an issue.”"

Ryan has always been known as a terrific defensive coach but he has been a terrible head coach over the past five seasons, ranging from the New York Jets to the Bills. In 2009 and 2010, Ryan led the Jets to the AFC title games but has not been able to post a winning record since.

The Bills have not been able to sack the quarterback this season, registering in the bottom third of quarterback sacks despite having Marcell Dareus and Mario Williams on the front line. The team also leads the league in penalties, becoming a total disgrace.
