LeSean McCoy is officially week-to-week with a torn MCL, but it seems clear he’ll miss at least one game and likely sit out the season finale as well.  Buffalo has a pair of running back who will try and step up in his place led my rookie former-Seminole Karlos Williams.

Williams sustained his own injury on Sunday finishing the game “sore” according to coach Rex Ryan.  He did complete the game, but only had four carries for 41 yards.  If he’s healthy, he should be the biggest beneficiary from Shady’s injury, but that’s a big enough “if” that he drops down the list to this point as a result.

Williams has shown he can produce if he gets the workload, but expect Mike Gillislee to get a larger share of the work if Williams is limited.  Williams injury makes him high-risk, high-reward as the Bills finish their season with Cowboys and the Jets.
