GoDaddy Bowl 2015, Bowling Green vs Georgia Southern preview, predictions, odds, live stream info
Bowling Green Falcons vs. Georgia Southern Eagles
The Bowling Green Falcons and the Georgia Southern Eagles have been two of the most exciting offenses in all of college football, though they’ve accomplished that feat in completely different ways. On Wednesday night, it will be the Falcons and the Eagles squaring off inside Land-Peebles Stadium in the 2015- GoDaddy Bowl.
Matt Johnson has been a revelation at quarterback for Bowling Green all season as he’s chucked the ball all over the gridiron. However, his weapons such as Travis Greene and Roger Lewis will have to help put forth a strong showing on Wednesday if Bowling Green is to get the victory. Meanwhile, the Eagles’ option attack has been fantastic to watch all season with Kevin Ellison, Matt Breida, and LA Ramsby all being capable of making big things happen as the ball-carrier in the offense.

Keys to Victory
There are two main are of focus for the Eagles in this game, the first of which is stopping the pass on defense. Georgia Southern has actually been a top-40 passing defense this season, but they’ve not faced a team like Bowling Green and they’ll have to maintain that level of performance in the GoDaddy Bowl. Moreover, maintaining the potency of their option attack for 60 minutes will be key to keeping pace with the Falcons offense in that they can’t afford for their rushing attack to become less effective as the game rolls on.
Even against a quietly effective defense, you expect that Matt Johnson and the Falcons offense will have a big day because that’s simply what they’ve done all season. The key for Bowling Green in the GoDaddy Bowl, though, will be to remain disciplined and stingy defensively in limiting the Eagles’ option running game. Georgia Southern is one-dimensional in that regard and how Bowling Green schemes to try and stop that will be pivotal to their success.

Prediction
Though Georgia Southern’s offense has been phenomenal in their rushing attack all season and though they’ve had the better defense all season, the Falcons’ offense just seems far too dangerous and balanced to bet against in this game. I think Johnson and Bowling Green get rolling and find a victory in the 2015 GoDaddy Bowl.
Final Score: Georgia Southern Eagles: 28, Bowling Green Falcons: 45
