Round 4: Le’Raven Clark, Texas Tech OT

The Bills have a solid offensive line, but they could use an upgrade at guard as well as right tackle and the fourth round might be the place to do it with Texas Tech left tackle Le’Raven Clark being a proven name that pops out as someone who Buffalo could develop into a future starter down the road.

Clark has started 50 consecutive games for Texas Tech, but there are concerns that despite his physical ability and pedigree that the Texas Tech offense could give him difficulties transitioning to a classic offensive lineman role in the NFL where he will not be able to come out of the two-point stance as frequently.

Those concerns are what has Clark available in the fourth round, but his talent has been obvious even in the Texas Tech offense that doesn’t translate as well as the NFL as other programs do. You don’t start 50 straight games in the Big 12 without that talent and with the Bills needing to add prospects in the mix to compete with disappointing names in Cyrus Kouandjio and John Miller a fourth round gamble on a battle tested prospect in Clark may be a good move.

Other Options: Deiondre’ Hall, CB. Eric Murray, CB.
