Drew Brees and Brandin Cooks were at it again on Sunday, this time against the Jaguars.
While they haven’t had their best season by any means, it’s always nice when you can watch the New Orleans Saints offense make their big plays. This group still has the fire power to get some things done on that field, and on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars, they were at it again early.
Already with a 7-0 lead in the first quarter, the Saints were looking for some more points and they got them in a pretty big way.
New Orleans would strike with this 71-yard scoring strike from Drew Brees to Brandin Cooks to give the Saints the 14-0 lead before the second quarter even hits.
Drew Brees goes DEEP.

Brandin Cooks is FAST.
71 yards later... 🏃💨#Touchdown. #JAXvsNO https://t.co/jkzvly0JUX
When these guys are clicking, they’re still fun to watch. Of course, this is against the Jaguars, but that still doesn’t make them any less fun to take in.
Brees, Cooks and the Saints might not be taking a trip to the playoffs this season, but going out with some wins to close this horrid campaign would be some good momentum heading into the 2016 season, where you know they’re just praying that things will get better.
