Two teams in very different positions will tale the field on Sunday in Baltimore, Maryland, as the Ravens will host their divisional rivals, the Pittsburgh Steelers.

This contest is one of those perfect illustrations of how different the National Football League looks in December compared to the season’s first month, October. While looking for pictures for this post, the archives from these teams’ first game of the season – way back in Week 4 – were flooded with images of Le’Veon Bell, Joe Flacco and Justin Forsett. All were lost for the season at some point between Weeks 4 and 16.
Pittsburgh has proven itself able to weather a barrage of injuries. Even when Ben Roethlisberger was down with a knee injury, the Steelers found ways to win. They now sit in good position to make the playoffs. As for Baltimore, well, the wheels have fallen off. This is pretty much the definition of a lost season. The team started by losing close games, then began losing players and is now grinding toward a top-five pick.
Nonetheless, this is one of the best rivalries in sports, making it a must-watch contest.
