Grade: F – – –

What went right: The Colts were supposed to be in the Super Bowl and yet ended up outside of the playoff picture. In that scenario, not much went right for this team and it probably means some major changes. In a positive light, rookie defensive lineman Harry Anderson looks like a true player. On offense, wide receiver T.Y. Hilton put forth another nice campaign with over 1,000 yards, but it was not enough.

What went wrong: Anything that could go wrong for this outfit did. Andrew Luck was a mess when he did play and then missed the last half of the season with a lacerated kidney. The offensive line was terrible and the special teams put forth one of the worst blunders ever seen. The defense continues to be a sieve, mostly because the linebackers are old and slow, and the secondary stinks.

Offseason expectations: Look for a couple of serious changes with the ousting of general manager Ryan Grigson and head coach Chuck Pagano. There have been reported issues between the two and neither are doing their jobs particularly well, so owner Jim Irsay would be wise to move on. Also, it is time to upgrade the lines on both sides of the ball and give some money toward fixing the defense.
