As Week 16 of the NFL season comes to an end, we examine each teams draft needs with our latest NFL Mock Draft.

Week 16 of the NFL season is almost in the books, all that is left is a Monday Night Football clash between the Denver Broncos and Cincinnati Bengals. This year has just flown by on us once again, but not without some great moments.

The Panthers have finally been knocked off their undefeated run thanks to some excellent pass rushing from the Atlanta Falcons and first-round pick Vic Beasley out of Clemson, a guy I was very high on last year. Odell Beckham Jr. was suspended this week after a bizarre game against the aforementioned Panthers and Josh Norman. Both the top guys (Jared Goff and Paxton Lynch) are very in my opinion, but I finally picked the one I thought could have the best, long-term success in the NFL.

Finally, Robert Nkemdiche takes a big fall in this and many more NFL mock drafts. We all know his recent issues with drugs and NFL executives in this day and age are not taking chances.

Now without further ado, with the first pick of the 2016 NFL draft, the Tennessee Titans select…
