player. 49.
The Green Bay Packers are once again looking to make a playoff push and are doing it once again ever so quietly. For some reason we never hear about them when they are playing well until the playoffs come around. Aaron Rodgers had everyone feeling confident once again after a bit of a rough patch – and a horrible game against the Cardinals – and is once again having a strong season. The running game isn’t what we thought it would be with an inconsistent Eddie Lacy, but this team has fought and managed through it.

Defensively the Packers need to get some pass rushers. Clay Matthews belongs at inside linebacker and the team has failed to get him any help on the edge. They’re in the middle of the pack when it comes to sacks, so upgrading that area is a strong need.

Scooby Wright III from Arizona is all over draft boards, ranging from a first-round pick to a late Day 2 pick. I see a lot of potential in Wright, despite the injuries he’s dealt with this season. He gives you great range and tackles well from a run defense standpoint, but he can be a punishing blitzer primarily through the A-Gap.

With decent athleticism and speed, I think Wright would be a great fit alongside Clay Matthews.

Previous Pick: Scooby Wright III, OLB
. Outside Linebacker. Arizona. Scooby Wright III. 27
