New England Patriots’ quarterback Tom Brady has stated that they will go all out to secure home field advantage in the postseason.

The New England Patriots have some serious injury issues. Tom Brady’s weapons are becoming more and more blunt by the week with Julian Edelman, Danny Amendola and Rob Gronkowski all missing time in recent weeks, as well as Dion Lewis who is out for the year.

Such an explosive offense has also been hindered by significant injuries along the offensive line, limiting the run game and the time that Brady has to release the football. Many thought that Bill Belichick may rest some players in Week 17, however, Brady has since stated that they will give their all to achieve home field advantage in January.

Speaking to Westwood One radio, Brady stated:

"“It’s all hands on deck this week against Miami because we have to win this game. We’ve been fighting all offseason and all season to get homefield advantage and we have an opportunity to get that this week. We just have to put it all on the line and do whatever it takes to feel good and get ready to go down there and play at a place we always have a tough time playing in Miami. I know they are banged up too and this is the last game of their season, so I am sure they are going to put everything they can into it also.”"

The Patriots have one of the best home field advantages in the NFL, and a win in Week 17 against the Dolphins would mean they play all post season games at Gillette Stadium.
