50.
Though they’re finishing strong in 2015, Detroit Lions fans will view the season as nothing but one of disappointment. After going 11-5 the year before, expectations were for this team to compete for a Super Bowl. Instead they fell apart early and were never able to recover in time. The GM was fired for it and the coaching staff may be next.

Among the top positions that could use attention will be cornerback. Darius Slay has emerged as their best player at that position but Rashean Mathis is approaching his mid-30s and Nevin Lawson has really been one of their weak points in coverage all season. In order to take on a trio of quality passing offenses in the NFC North, the Lions have to make sure they keep this position stocked with quality players.

It won’t be hard for them to see Mackensie Alexander can fit their scheme. Most of the knocks on him coming out of Clemson will be his 5’10 size but that hasn’t seemed to stop him from taking on the best receiver of every opponent the Tigers have faced and clamping down on them. He’s not only athletic and fast but he’s also built, able to handle physical demands of the job like tackling as well.
. CB. Clemson. Mackensie Alexander. 13. player
