Golden State Warriors vs Dallas Mavericks

Looking up and down the Golden State Warriors’ roster, they might have more talent than any team in recent NBA history. However, they don’t get the respect from all-time greats such as Charles Barkley, saying that Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls would destroy Steph Curry and the 29-1 Warriors.

Steph Curry is having yet another MVP-type season and if the Warriors continue to run the Western Conference and make a deep run in the playoffs, he will take home his second such award in as many years. He is averaging 30.5 points, 6.4 assists and 5.7 rebounds per game. Draymond Green has been the heart of this team, averaging 14.9 points, 9.0 rebounds and 7.0 assists.

Just like the Warriors, the Mavericks are on a winning streak. Having won three straight games heading into Wednesday night, Dallas will look to shock the world and take down the mighty Warriors for their second loss of the season. The talent and leadership is there to get it done.

Dirk Nowitzki is the leader, and top scorer, for the Mavs, but he can’t be the only player relied on heavily for offense. Deron Williams was a solid addition at point guard, too, and Chandler Parsons is still trying to get back to form.
