No. 23 Baylor Bears vs No. 2 Kansas Jayhawks
The only two games against ranked opponents that the Baylor Bears have played thus far in the 2015-16 season have resulted in losses, but a win in this one could change the entire outlook on the season. It’s not like the Bears are a bad team, though, as Baylor is still 10-2 on the season and one of the top contenders for a Big 12 title.

Taurean Prince is the team’s leader and if they’re going to upset the Kansas Jayhawks at Allen Fieldhouse, he’s going to have to have one of the best games of his career. Prince is averaging 15.5 points and 5.9 rebounds per game and with guys like Rico Gathers and Al Freeman as supporting stars, this team is not at all one-dimensional and difficult to game plan for.
Kansas began the season as one of the top teams in college basketball and a popular pick to win it all, especially if true freshman Cheick Diallo was cleared to play. He has played in just seven out of 12 games this season, but he’s making a positive impact, averaging 6.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.0 blocks per game.
Perry Ellis seems like he’s been with the Jayhawks for about 10 years now, but he’s still the team leader and Kansas goes as he does. Avoiding an upset at home against one of the toughest competitors in the conference can build even more confidence for a team on the upswing.
