As you start to research and put together your daily fantasy hockey lineup for today be sure to go through FanSided’s following slides to help provide you with information. The goal is to give top targets at each position, broken down by both high salary and high value picks.
After just two games on Friday, highlighted by the Winter Classic, things get ramped back up today with 12 total games. Since it’s Saturday there are games scheduled all day, meaning that you will have the option on DraftKings to participate in contests that run all day; incorporating the early games, or to just focus on the evening or late games.
Whichever option you choose there are several top targets to include in your lineup today.
The day gets started with Detroit visiting Buffalo at 1:00 p.m. ET. Two other afternoon games kick off a bit later when Arizona visits Edmonton and Philadelphia takes on Los Angeles.
Two of the hottest teams in the NHL will be in action during the evening wave. The Washington Capitals just ended an eight-game winning streak and will look to start a new one in Columbus. Florida has currently won seven straight and will try to continue the streak in a tough matchup with the Rangers.
Dallas, a team loaded with fantasy options, is also in action during the evening group of games.
The night will be capped off with two late games featuring the Calgary Flames taking on the Colorado Avalanche and the Winnipeg Jet visiting San Jose.
