It has become no secret that Real Madrid’s Isco has become tired with life under current head coach, Rafa Benitez. He has quickly become the subject of numerous reports and rumors, including a big-money move to Manchester City in January.
However, according to a report that emerged out of Italy on Saturday, Juventus are very keen to snap up the impressive youngster, and have already made an offer for the player. La Repubblica is reporting that Juventus have offered Real Madrid €35 million for Isco. Last year’s Champions League finalists, believe that the attacking midfielder could be exactly what they need to bolster their hopes of winning five straight Serie A titles.
Isco joined Real Madrid in June, 2013, after Los Blancos paid €30 million for his services. The Spaniard has one goal and three assists in 13 league matches under Benitez, but is said to be unimpressed with the tactician.
Real Madrid are currently sitting third in the La Liga table, but can take advantage of Barcelona’s slip up against Espanyol on Saturday. The Catalans were held to a scoreless draw, allowing Benitez’s side to climb level on points if they can beat Valencia on Sunday.
Juventus on the other hand, will be in action next on Wednesday, when they host Hellas Verona. The Bianconeri managed to recover from an abysmal start to the season, and have now won seven consecutive league matches. They sit in fourth points with 33 points, but are just three behind league leaders. Inter.
