The Baltimore Ravens won’t be going to the NFL playoffs this year so we’re looking ahead at the team’s 2016 schedule of opponents.
The Baltimore Ravens’ season is over and the team’s 2016 slate of opponents is set.
It was an injury-riddled season for the Baltimore Ravens. The team got off to a poor start and then lost QB Joe Flacco, among others. After that, Baltimore entered a free fall. The Ravens’ high point was a Week 16 victory over division rival Pittsburgh.
Baltimore’s 2016 season offers some opportunity for a potential rebound. The AFC North plays the AFC East and the NFC East next season. As a result of finishing in third place in the North this season, Baltimore will place other two third place teams from the AFC divisions it is not playing, in this case the West and the South. That means games against the Raiders and Jaguars. Throw in the games against the mediocre NFC East and two shots at the Cleveland Browns and it is easy to see the Ravens returning to prosperity in 2016.
