Donald Trump says if New York Jets owner Woody Johnson was his finance chairman, the Jets would be in the playoffs.

Donald Trump has never been afraid to speak what’s on his mind no matter the topic.

His latest giant statement surrounds the New York Jets missing the playoffs during the last week of the season. With the Jets botching the game against the Buffalo Bills, the Pittsburgh Steelers were able to slide right back on into a spot in the playoffs.

This of course led to Trump giving his thoughts on the matter, with a little political spin as well. Trump sent out a tweet saying that if Woody Johnson had been his finance chairman instead of Jeb Bush’s, then the Jets would be in the playoffs.

Trump and Bush don’t like each other and have been going at each other since both officially declared their candidacy for the presidential election. While it’s probably more of a shot at Johnson and Bush than the Jets, it’s funny to try and figure out the thought process of Johnson being Trump’s finance chairman leading to the Jet’s making the playoffs.

It just really doesn’t seem to add up, which is a common theme in plenty of things that Trump has said over his political and business career.
