Tom Coughlin has been getting a lot of (deserved) love on Monday, this one comes from one of his best players.

On Monday, just a day after the NFL regular season ended, the news was announced that we all saw coming, that being Tom Coughlin is out as head coach of the New York Giants. After missing the playoffs once again, this was a move that was pretty much set in stone, all that needed to take place was to make it official.

With the success that he had with the Giants, which included two Super Bowl wins, Coughlin is getting a lot of love from a lot of people following his dismissal. Of course, a lot of this praise and admiration is coming from his former players who loved him so much, like former defensive standout Justin Tuck.

Monday afternoon, Tuck posted this amazing message to Instagram for his former coach that really was just touching.

Coughlin was hard on his Giants players, but players like Tuck know that he does it for their own good.

It was also a nice touch to allude to Coughlin’s meeting requirements as well.
