Los Angeles Angels superstar Mike Trout works out like an absolute beast in the gym.
Los Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout fell just short in the 2015 American League MVP voting this year, but the Angels’ superstar outfielder is already hard at work, as he gets ready to compete for the 2016 AL MVP award.
Trout lost out to the Toronto Blue Jays’ Josh Donaldson in the AL MVP vote, and it was quite reminiscent to how the Angels just lost out on the playoffs.
Trout is already a gigantic individual, but that isn’t stopping him from crushing weight in the gym. Trout posted a video to his Instagram, showing him pushing a tire filled with several giant dumbbells for extra weight, because he decided the giant heavy tire wasn’t already enough.
Anyways, Trout pushes the giant tire with ease and shows off the commitment and dedication to getting stronger for the upcoming season.
The best part of the video is watching the dumbbells fly in the air as Trout pushes the giant tire back and forth. In case people were wondering how Trout has the power to push through his legs and hit those giant blasts out into the deepest part of the outfield at the Angels’ stadium, now they know.
