Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors are taking on the Charlotte Hornets tonight in Oakland. Usually, this would just be another game for the dominant Warriors against a potential playoff team in the East. However, this one’s a little different for Curry. His dad, Dell Curry, happens to be the color commentator for the Hornets. So when these two teams meet it’s also a chance for the two Curry’s to get together and work together a little.
Last time, when Curry was in Charlotte, he flipped the script on his Dad and interviewed Dell when Steph was the one that was supposed to be getting interviewed. This also happened to be a night the Hornets were honoring Dell, and Steph spoiled that with a 40 point game on “Dell Curry night” So, what else does Steph have in plan for Dell? This is really a great father son moment. Stephanie Ready and Eric Collins can’t help but burst into laughter as Steph mugs his Dad live on television. It’s too bad we couldn’t hear what he was saying.
