After a big start to the week last night with ten games in the NBA, things slow down a big tonight with just four games on tap in the NBA.  There are still plenty of options for daily fantasy basketball players to get their rosters together, though, so let’s take a look at the best options of the day in my FanDuel daily picks on the following slides.

More from Chicago Bulls

Tonight’s games get a little bit of a late start tipping off at 8:00 PM ET instead of the typical 7:00 start. There are two games that start right at 8:00 as the Bulls host the Bucks and the Hawks welcome in the Knicks.  At 8:30, the Mavericks and Kings face off in Dallas before the Lakers and Warriors wrap things up with a late game at 10:30 at Staples Center.

With those eight teams in action, there are definitely some matchups to attack and others to avoid. The trickiest decision is how much the Warriors will play on the second night of back-to-back games in a contest that is likely to be a blowout pretty quickly.

As I do each morning, I’ve selected my favorite plays of the day for my FanDuel daily picks. On the following slides you will find a slide for high-salary options and a slide for high-value options at each position. On each slide, you’ll find at least two players with a few extras thrown in wherever possible. I base my picks on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face. I also have started this year to rank my picks using stars after each selection. For a full explanation of the rating system check out the last slide of this post, but the short version is the more stars the more confidence I have in the pick.  To see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineup for tonight’s contests, scroll to the last slide of the post where you’ll find my top lineup for tonight.

In this post, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to FanDuel pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for DraftKings, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on our fantasy basketball hub.

If you have any questions about my picks for today or any of our Fansided fantasy coverage, you can leave them at the bottom of the page in the comments section.  For an even quicker response, you can almost always find me on Twitter @FansidedFantasy. Remember, FanDuel still doesn’t allow late-swapping, so you won’t be able to adjust your roster for anything that breaks after 8:00 when the first games tip off.

If you find my picks and analysis helpful for today and would like to check out my daily posts each morning, the easiest way to find the FanDuel daily picks is to drop a bookmark on our fantasy basketball hub or follow on Twitter where I’ll tweet out the links each day when my picks go live.

With those preliminaries aside, let’s get rolling with today’s FanDuel daily picks starting at the point.
