If there’s one thing people from Texas love, it’s eating. I should know, since I’m from Texas.
Baseball teams are notorious for having crazy food items on the menu. For the VERY affordable price of just $25, you can have yourself this 18-inch cheese-stuffed, bacon-wrapped corn dog at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Not to be outdone, the Texas Rangers offer this two-foot chili-cheese hot dog (called The Boomstick) for just $26. What a bargain!
Now, the Dallas Mavericks are getting in on the act. The main difference here is that this item actually sounds fantastic. For all Mavericks and Stars games at American Airlines Center in January, fans can order the Just-In-Time Burger for 12 bucks.
Named after Mavs rookie winger Justin Anderson, this 1/3 pound burger comes with applewood smoked bacon, provolone cheese, tomato, shredded lettuce and deviled egg aioli. The Just-In-Time Burger comes on Old Bay butter Texas toast with a side of Sriracha cheese fries. There are approximately zero things about this burger that don’t sound absolutely delicious.

The burger will be on sale for the first time tonight when the Mavericks host the Sacramento Kings.
