NFL Mock Draft: Dallas Cowboys draft Tony Romo’s heir
The Dallas Cowboys are making moves in the latest mock draft.
The NFL regular season has finally reached its end. After months of hearing about deflated footballs and other nonsense, we finally got the season underway. Man was it a fun one. Once again, we got to see plays, call, and other crazy events we have never seen before in the NFL. Three head coaches were fired before the final game of the season, as owners got a head start on the long and rigorous search to find the right head coach for their franchise.
One of those teams looking for a coach is the Tennessee Titans. They have now officially clinched the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 NFL draft. I hesitate to say congratulations, but I’ll do so anyway. This franchise has been struggling for years now and they finally got their big break last year with Marcus Maritoa. Since he can’t stop opposing offenses from scoring or prevent pass rushers from breaking through the line, the Titans need to find another franchise player to compliment Mariota. That could be on defense with either a Joey Bosa/Jalen Ramsey pick or on offense with either Laremy Tunsil or Laquon Treadwell.
Luckily, we will have months to debate this and the hundreds of other picks that will be made in Chicago this year. That debate continues with our newest NFL mock draft.
