NBA FanDuel Picks For January 6
We here at Fantasy CPR will work very hard and do everything that we can to bring you articles to prepare you and help you be successful with your bids and games at FanDuel and DraftKings just as we have with MLB and NBA. I always recommend that you do plenty of homework on your own as well as reading our articles. You will also want to make sure that you have access to your FanDuel lineup prior to kickoff in case a player is a last-minute inactive players.
Here are my NBA FanDuel picks for January 6:
PG – Russell Westbrook – We had Westbrook active the other night and found our lineup hitting the money. Kevin Durant was sitting out and he is sitting out again tonight. I expect another monster night out of Westbrook and look to get him active not any time that Durant is sitting out.
PG – Jrue Holiday – We are looking to Holiday as a value play here. He still seems to be somewhat in recovery mode and has been riding much like a roller coaster lately. However, I like how he fits in this lineup and he is coming off of a nice 30 plus point fantasy night.
SG – Victor Oladipo – Oladipo has moved into the starting lineup at PG and it seems that the move is going to stick. He has had two nice games and one that left a lot to be desired, but I am believing that he will keep up the nice work and deliver us a 35 plus point fantasy gem tonight as a high upside value play.
SG – Rodney Hood – Hood is also coming in as a solid value play. He has been really hot and is seeing plenty of minutes with all of his injured teammates. In his last three games he has exceeded 35 fantasy points and looks to be a safe bet to have another stellar game.
SF – Jae Crowder – Crowder was a throw in when the Celtics landed Isaiah Thomas and now he has grown to be one of the better players on the team. He has been a very consistent force for the Celtics and has added a nice dimension of scoring. Lately he has seemed to even step up his level of play and should be a great play for us tonight.
SF – Paul George – George is one of my favorite players in the NBA and I love to squeeze him into a lineup whenever I can. Today it worked out nicely and really you should not need a reason to use him in your lineup.
PF – Kristaps Porzingis – Porzingis has continued to impress as a rookie this season. He has even seemed to find a nice bit of consistency. I like him across almost all formats and am looking forward to seeing how he does tonight.
PF – Jared Sullinger – Sullinger is coming off of a nice game and I am gambling a little bit here that he can begin to put a few nice ones together. He is a nice value and should be able to have a nice game and make this move pay off.
C – Jeff Withey – Withey has been very sharp in relief duty of Derrick Favors. Withey is a very nice value play and should continue to impress while Favors continues to sit out. Keep Withey active and expect another solid night from him.
