Which of the five NFL head coach openings is most and least desirable?

With “Black Monday” officially over and five jobs open in the NFL, there are going to be a variety of names thrown out in reports for head coach openings.

The Cleveland Browns, San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins, Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants all have openings available. Five could potentially become seven depending upon what happens with the Tennessee Titans and New Orleans Saints, but right now, those are the five jobs currently available.

Of course, no two jobs are the same. Cleveland is a raging dumpster fire while New York could be ripe for a quick turnaround. The 49ers are a team in need of a rebuild, but warm weather and some talent could make for a decent place to land. Then there is the wild card in Philadelphia. The Eagles are one of the more talented teams on offense but desperately needs to be supplemented in other areas.

Some of those jobs will be able to appeal to the big name coaches, while some of them will have to go with the coordinator route or potentially a former head coach who has had some amount of success before in this league.

With five available head coach openings, here is a power ranking of all jobs available in the NFL.
