14. Brodie Croyle

There is terrible. Then there is the worst. Then, somewhere about six miles below that is Brodie Croyle. The Chiefs inexplicably wasted a third-round pick on Croyle in 2006, thinking he would be the replacement to Trent Green. Instead, Croyle proved to be the lowest of the low, giving Kansas City fans another reason to wake up in a clod sweat.

Somehow, Croyle stayed on the roster for five years. Think about that. Gale Sayers only played six seasons in the National Football League. Despite his horrific, rage-inducing play, Croyle stayed around for half the decade before finally being extinguished. Croyle never won a single start for the Chiefs, throwing for 1,669 yards in his career.

13. Tyler Palko

I was privileged enough to watch Tyler Palko work while i stood on the sidelines of a Monday Night Football game against the New England Patriots. Palko had one of the weakest arms ever seen. This is probably the reason that he only stuck around or parts of two seasons, throwing two touchdowns against seven interceptions.

Palko was the kind of player who turned the stomachs of even the opposing fans. Folks would leave the stadium, left to wonder what the hell they just witnessed. Palko is reportedly working in at a Foot Locker these days, which still seems too good for him.
